After the sales agreement has been made, you have to provide both us and your solicitor with documentation and information about your property. We can of course help you obtain all this documentation if you don’t have it.
We visit your property and make a valuation based on previous sales in the area. We photograph your home and make sure that all photos are of highest quality.
Your home is published on our website, in social media and on all of our real estate portals so that other real estate agents on Costa del Sol also can view your home and present it to their customers.
We approach all potential buyers in our large network and show your home to those that are interested.
The next step is to sign a reservation contract. The contract is legally binding. When the buyer signs the contract he or she pays a deposit of 6 000€ and the property is removed from the market during a reservation period of 8-14 days.
Your solicitor is contacted by the buyer’s legal representative for all documentation for the property.
Once all documentation is approved, the purchase contract can be signed. When signing it is normal that the buyer pays 10% of the total sales price.
The final step is to sign the Title Deed at the Notary’s office. At this point you receive the final payment and hand over the keys to the new owner.
